We are a firm of Solicitors dedicated exclusively to the practice of Family Law.
By offering the full range of legal services associated with Family Law, we believe the specialist nature of our practice is geared to providing our clients with a prompt and efficient service at affordable rates. We believe our expertise should be available to all, irrespective of race, gender, wealth or sexual orientation.
We offer our services through our offices in Derbyshire, Nottingham, Northamptonshire (Wellingborough) and Rotherham. We currently have nine accredited Children Panel members, four Advanced Family Law Panel members, three trained Mediators and Collaborative Lawyers. We believe that we therefore have the necessary specialism to assist you in any aspect of your Family Law case, with a particular emphasis on alternative dispute resolution in appropriate cases.
Public Funding is available to clients who are eligible and the fees of our lawyers are graduated for our privately paying clients.
In order to maintain the standards we set ourselves, we carry out client surveys on a regular basis. This enables us to continue to offer our clients a high quality of care.
Our aim is to make ourselves available to those who need our services night or day. We will therefore endeavour to deal with emergency cases out of office hours and all other cases within office hours.
