Public Funding
- We offer a variety of public funding options for your case.
- We are recognised by the Legal Services Commission as a being one of their major suppliers of Family Law in the region
- We are able to grant most types of public funding ourselves, thereby avoiding delay to your case. We will assess your entitlement to public funding based on your financial circumstances and the merits of your case.
Private Charging Rates
- We will tend to allocate your case according to the level of expertise that is required to meet the needs of your case.
- The hourly rates of our lawyers are therefore graduated to take into account their level of experience.
- We also offer fixed fees for certain types of work and are able to accept payment from you by way of monthly installments.
