Simon Leach
Simon is the Principal of the firm. He is a member of the Law Society's Advanced Family Law and Children Panels, as well as his local Family Collaborative Law Group. He is a member of the Resolution committee, and is the Regional Liaison Officer for his local Resolution group. Simon specialises in Ancillary Relief cases and the representation of children in care proceedings. He also speaks French and Spanish.
Paula Bloomfield
Paula is our Associate Director and a member of the Law Society's Advanced Family Law Panel. She has also qualified as a Mediator. Paula's practice comprises mainly children issues and she has a reputation for handling complex and demanding cases. Paula is also a Higher Rights advocate.
Amanda Brown
Amanda is our Associate Director and is a Member of the Law Society's Advanced Family Law Panel. She is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer. Amanda specialises in divorce, ancillary relief and financial issues arising from separation or co-habitation, and is Head of our Divorce and Ancillary Relief Department.
Julie Foster
Julie has over five years experience in family law and is a member of the Law Society's Family Panel. She is head of the Private Law Children Department, specialising in Private Law Children and injunction cases. Julie also has experience in dealing with divorce and ancillary relief matters.
Nicholas Flatt
Nicholas has returned to work for NFLA having had a brief sojourn at the Local Authority. Nicholas is based in our Wellingborough office. He practices in all areas of Family Law with a particular expertise in care proceedings and Private Law children disputes.
Raj Chahal
Raj joined NFLA as a Solicitor last year having worked for the local authority for over 6 years. She therefore has considerable knowledge of local authority practices and procedures and currently practises in all areas of family law with a particular expertise in care proceedings. Raj also speaks Punjabi.
Ann Gibson
Ann joined NFLA last year and is based in our Wellingborough office. She specialises in Ancillary Relief with particular expertise in pensions. She has represented numerous professionals, particularly in the Police Force, in this area.
Pui Au-Yeung
Pui trained with NFLA and qualified as a Solicitor last year. Pui is based in our Wellingborough Office and practices in all areas of Family Law with particular interest in Divorce and Ancillary Relief matters. Pui also speaks Cantonese.
Sonia Chima
Sonia joined NFLA last year after qualifying as a solicitor. She works in our Nottingham and Leicestershire offices in the Divorce and Ancillary Relief team and has a special interest in the Asian aspects of divorce, ancillary relief, children issues and injunctions. Sonia also speaks Hindi and Punjabi.
Ben Clulee
Ben qualified as a Barrister in 2005 then undertook a Masters Degree in Advanced Legal Practice. He spent three years as a Legal Adviser at the Birmingham Family Proceedings Court where he dealt with a variety of work relating to Children, Maintenance and Domestic Violence. Ben further qualified as a Solicitor before joining our Divorce and Ancillary Relief team at the beginning of 2010.
